This project is located in the county, so services are all provided on site.  Water is available from a Group B water system, and septic is treated with a double pod Advantec System.  Additionally, storm water management is provided via an engineered system including catch basins, bio-swales and a large capacity detention pond.

Financing for the entire project is held by Islanders Bank in Friday Harbor, Washington.  They have indicated a willingness to offer mortgage releases for individual sales, and to offer financing for qualified purchasers of these units.
